KzRentals provides software that helps landlords and property managers keep track of rental objects, renters, leases, rent, expenses and related documents.
KzRentals is not a party to any lease and does not collect, hold or transfer rent or deposits; renters pay landlords directly. Landlords are responsible for the content of their leases and for complying with the laws that apply to their rentals.
Electronic signatures collected through KzRentals are recorded with the signer's name, email address, time and IP address. Each party agrees to sign electronically before signing.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing page. Downgrading never deletes data.
